Within 30 days of receiving your order if you are unsatisfied for any reason please contact support@syntheticrelics.com. In most cases we can replace or refund your order.

Additionally all Synthetic Relics items carry a 1 year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Should your item fail we will repair, replace, or refund your order depending on our ability.
